Zoë Bourgerie

As a Community Development Coordinator at NEOO, Zoë brings over five years of experience working in the public sector to the Planning and Engagement Team where she will provide project management and coordination support to help implement our public engagement strategies.

Through her professional experience, Zoë is deeply knowledgeable about state and local-level public policy, what it takes to implement economic development projects and placemaking strategies that center community-building in the process, and the value of championing thoughtful and equitable public engagement strategies on government-led projects to help bridge the gap between government entities and the residents they serve. 

Zoë holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of MN-Twin Cities where she studied geography, public health, and interdisciplinary design.
