Sydni Brantley

As a Community Development Coordinator at NEOO Partners, Sydni supports real estate technical assistance that centers equity and community ownership. She works with emerging and diverse developers and mission-driven clients to scope problems clearly, assess feasibility, and organize the partners, data, and steps required to advance projects. Her work spans listening sessions, developer coaching, site and program analysis, and building practical tools—budgets, timelines, and action plans—that help teams execute. She focuses on translating community priorities into decisions that shape design, financing, and long-term stewardship.

Sydni holds a B.S. in Business Administration (Real Estate) from The Ohio State University and a Master of Urban Planning from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
