Lauren Garrott, AICP

Lauren Garrott is a planner with extensive experience supporting long-range and comprehensive planning, data analysis, and meaningful community engagement. She holds a Master of Regional and Community Planning and a Bachelor of Regional and Community Planning from Kansas State University. Her work centers on helping communities translate vision into actionable, implementable plans rooted in lived experience and local priorities.

Lauren brings a strong equity lens to her practice and is especially focused on building resilient, people-centered communities through thoughtful engagement and policy development. She has worked across public and private planning environments, leading community engagement efforts, managing complex projects, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver work that moves from strategy to real-world impact.
