The Ramsey County Economic Competitiveness and Inclusion Plan (ECI) won the 2021"Excellence in Economic Development" award.
The ECI Plan is a county-wide economic development strategy designed to achieve inclusive economic growth in Ramsey County and strengthen the competitiveness of our region.
In partnership with Ramsey County, Fourth Economy, the Center for Economic Inclusion, and MZ Strategies, NEOO partners helped develop a county-wide economic development strategy designed to achieve inclusive economic growth in Ramsey County and strengthen the competitiveness of our region.
The strategy prioritized racial inclusion in future investments and other critical funding actions around housing, job creation, workforce development, and place-based investments.
Developed at the height of the COVID-19 crisis and response, our coalition quickly adapted innovative solutions that allowed us to engage over 2000 stakeholders to serve as the foundation of our work.
