As the Founder and CEO of NEOO Partners, D'Angelos has a radical belief that the real estate industry should serve the small business community with the same ferocity it serves the corporate community. He has been able to work on over $250M worth of real estate and urban planning projects in the last 10 years with 400,000 SF of space in the last 2 years. In doing such awesome work, D'Angelos noticed the people doing the work typically had the biggest dreams and vision. So he's dedicated his real estate career to helping businesses, non-profits and local government to dream bigger about themselves, their impacts, and what they can accomplish.
A native of St. Paul, MN, D'Angelos leads project partners through all aspects of the Real Estate Process including; site selection, acquisition and leasing, due diligence and feasibility analysis, financing and tax credits, municipal approvals and design, construction management, and third-party contracting management. His experiences have allowed him the opportunity to provide tangible project-based solutions for clients without overspending.
Prior to forming NEOO Partners, D'Angelos served as VP of Real Estate Development at THOR Construction where he led development and management of the Regional Acceleration Center and Phase 1 Approval of the Upper Harbor Terminal in Partnership with United Properties and First Avenue. Prior to 2015, he worked as a Sr. Development Manager at Seward Redesign Inc., the Metropolitan Council as a Planner, and for Full Spectrum NY as a Housing and Development Manager.
Growing up in a southern household, D'Angelos became a huge fan and loves "old school" Blues, Gospel Music, and all things football. He and His beautiful wife Kimberly are parents to two amazing boys, D’Angelos the II and Toussaint Svenkeson. He and his family reside in the Rondo Community in St. Paul, MN.
